MENASHA CORPORATION NAMES THOMAS M. RETTLER
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
NEENAH, WI……Menasha Corporation announced today that Thomas M. Rettler will join the company
as senior vice president and chief financial officer on April 28, 2008. As CFO, he will be
responsible for all accounting, treasury, tax and risk management functions.
“Tom brings a wide range of financial management and business leadership experience to the
company,” Arthur W. Huge, president and chief executive officer of Menasha Corporation, said in
making the announcement. “He has a strong accounting background, along with a deep understanding of
all of the responsibilities of a CFO, and a variety of operating experience that we believe will be
of tremendous value to Menasha Corporation.”
Mr. Rettler was most recently vice president and chief financial officer of the Gehl Company,
a manufacturer of light construction equipment, in West Bend, WI. Prior to that he held a number of
successive positions with WICOR, Inc and Wisconsin Energy Corporation.
Additionally, Mr. Rettler was a staff auditor with KPMG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in
accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a master’s of business administration
degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a certified public accountant.
