ORBIS 4548Journey Pallet and Top Cap System
Offers Industry-Wide Compatibility to the Automotive Industry

Oconomowoc, Wis., -- ORBIS® Corp. has introduced the 4548Journey Pallet and Top Cap System, a structural foam molded pallet constructed of high density polyethylene and an injection molded top cap. The innovative stackable design enables this system to interstack easily with other industry pallets and bulk containers, for efficient and flexible storage and transport.

This economical pallet and top cap offers the durability of traditional pallet and top cap systems, and is designed with:

• Industry-wide compatibility with other pallets and bulk containers
• Open pallet deck with highly conveyable base
• 1" pallet lip for secure pallet loads
• Seat belt assemblies available on all four sides
• Strong positive lock between lid and base
• Static pallet load capacity of up to 30,000 lbs, Dynamic pallet load capacity up to 4,000 lbs.
• Pallet = 55.0 lbs, Top Cap = 15.0 lbs
• Vast identification options include molded-in logo, hot stamp and recessed label pockets
• Works well with all types of returnable hand-held containers
