ORBIS CORPORATION ACQUIRES
MAJOR BULK CONTAINER MANUFACTURER
Customers will benefit from an expanded product line and enhanced service levels
OCONOMOWOC, Wis., January 2, 2007-- ORBIS Corporation, a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation,
announced today that it has completed its acquisition a major U.S. bulk container manufacturer.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquired business manufactures bulk containers and pallets used in automotive, food,
beverage and general industrial applications. Included in the purchase are manufacturing facilities
in Georgetown and Bardstown, Kentucky. The transaction also includes sales, engineering and testing
capabilities in Shanghai, China.
