The heavy-duty ORBIS BulkPak® 4048 HDR  series was designed  for a rugged applications.  These plastic reusable bulk containers are made of tough, durable high-density polyethylene for long-life performance under the harshest conditions and provides excellent product protection. These collapsible containers offer drop doors have an articulating hinge that allows the open door to lay flat against the side of the container for tighter, safer storage.

With weight capacities up to 2,000 pounds, these containers are ideal for all types of industrial, food or beverage applications.

• Sidewalls: Solid sidewalls on all bulk bin sizes

• Cover: CHDR4048-SF (structural-foam molded)

BulkPak BC Containers are heavy duty material handling containers designed for bulk storage and are constructed of rotationally-molded polyethylene. Features a smooth interior and exterior for easy cleaning. The flat bottom design allows containers to stack with an optional cover or nest when empty. The BC4048-42 has double wall construction for extra strength, a standard drain hole with bulk head fitting and a drain plug.

All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
