ORBIS has expanded its BulkPak® Series with 48" x 45" Fixed Wall containers. Based on the AIAG 48" x 45" footprint, the BulkPak Fixed Wall containers were developed to meet the specific industry need for shorter, sturdier bulk bins with non-collapsible sidewalls and one-piece molded base construction. Ideal for applications with high weight, low volume requirements, these fixed wall containers feature a maximum load capacity of 2,000 pounds.

Based on standard footprints, these plastic reusable bulk containers are designed and contructed  to efficiently move, store and ship automotive, appliance and transportation equipment components.

• Structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene
• 100% recyclable
• 3 standard heights: 19", 21", and 24" (custom heights available upon request)
• Base: All-plastic picture frame bottom
• Fixed wall style also available on 32" x 30" , 40" x 48" , 56" x 48" , 65" x 48" and 70" x 48" BulkPak containers
• Deck: Solid (except 48" x 45" footprint - available with ventilated deck)
• Sidewalls: Solid, non-collapsible sidewalls
• Covers: 4548 Journey Top Cap, CHDR4548, CHD4548

All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
