The heavy-duty ORBIS BulkPak 48 x 45 HD/HDR Series is used extensively by the automotive industry, as it meets the specifications of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). These collapsible containers offer load capacities from 1,500 to 2,000 pounds.

The HD containers offer all-plastic picture frame bottom and self-standing sidewalls. The HDR bulk bins feature up to four access doors, including a wing-style access door on the 45" side.

Based on the standard AIAG footprint, these plastic reusable bulk containers are designed and constructed to efficiently move, store and ship automotive, appliance
and transportation equipment components.

• • HD Models: 0, 1 or 2 (Door configurations vary by model)
  • HDR Models: 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 (Doors on 45" side are wing-style)
• Base: All-plastic picture frame bottom on all sizes
• Deck: Ventilated (slip sheets available)
• Sidewalls: Solid
• Covers: Journey Top Cap, CHDR4548 and CHD4548

All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
