The medium-duty ORBIS BulkPak® 4548 KD/KDR Series containers offer 1,500 load capacities. Unitized loads can be delivered directly to the assembly line for immediate part presentation…w ith no unwrapping or unbanding. The KD collapsible containers feature non-sequential collapse and multiple identification options. The KDR containers feature 4 flat label areas on each sidewall, a solid deck and optional access door (45” side only).

Based on the AIAG footprint, these plastic reusable bulk containers are designed and constructed to efficiently move, store and ship automotive, appliance and transportation equipment components.

• Structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene
• 100% recyclable
• 2 heights: 25” and 34”
• Doors: 0, 1 or 2 doors (Door configurations vary by model)
• Base: All-plastic perimeter stringer bottom
• Sidewalls: Solid sidewalls on all bulk bin sizes
• Covers: Journey Top Cap, CHDR4548 and CHD4548

All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected distribution of load, handling methods, number and type of access doors and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees fahrenheit.
