|  The OPTE Bulk System is an economical
collapsible bulk container comprised of two mirror image pallets and a reusable
sleeve. Select pallets feature a passive locking tab that secures the sleeves to
the pallet and top cap. Sleeves can be fabricated from paper or plastic
corrugated materials with custom features designed to meet a variety of
applications.
- Pallet/top cap design allows for maximum cube
utilization in trailers.
- Lightweight, easy to handle sleeves collapse when
empty to save money on return freight and storage.
- Eliminates the need for banding or stretch wrapping
pallet loads.
- Split-sleeve style available for easy access to product.
Custom sleeve heights and designs available in either triple
wall or plastic corrugated materials and with drop panels, split-sleeves
and steel wire reinforced walls.
- Custom printing and graphics available for easy
identification.
- Plastic corrugated sleeves available.
- Protects contents from dust and dirt.
- Mirror image pallet design allows the same pallet to
be used as a pallet and/or top cap.
- Access doors available for easy product
identification.
- Wider legs of pallet/top cap design are roller
conveyor compatible.
