A variety of options and accessories are available for ORBIS plastic containers to increase their efficiency and flexibility. Many of the identification options facilitate the use of bar code scanning in today's automated warehousing systems.

Container Identification Options:  
 
The Loose Letter Hot Stamp allows for 1" capital letters in a pre-defined area on the container. Please contact your ORBIS Sales Representative for details. 
 

The Sequential Numbering Hot Stamp is available for easy visual inventory. Each character is limited to a 1/2" height. Five characters per line may be utilized. The requirements for the area and location for Sequential Numbering varies for each container. Please contact your ORBIS Sales Representative for details. 
 

A Customized Hot Stamp can be used If the number of letters exceeds the available space. Original artwork must be supplied to ORBIS at the time of the order. The size and available location of the hot stamp will vary for each container. Minimum shipment is required. Please contact your ORBIS Sales Representative for details. Stocked Colors: White, Black, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow and Green. There is a set-up charge for unstocked colors. 

  
Molded-In Identification constitutes any type of permanent identification that is molded into the product or product cover. Original artwork must be supplied to ORBISr at the time of the order. The requirements for the area and location of the molded-in identification vary for each container. Minimum manufacturing quantities required. Please contact your ORBIS Sales Representative for details. 
 

The Metal Frame, riveted to container, allows for easy card insertion. Custom sizes available. 

Clip Cardholders are spring steel clips affixed to the container to hold order or shipping documentation. This cost-efficient option is ideal for containers in a conveying environment. 

1 Snap and 2 Snap-On Cardholders attach to optional, pre-installed snaps on container and are ideal for securing shipping and order documents. They are available in 1-snap and 2-snap versions and are easily removable for greater flexibility in product storage and transport. Replacement snaps available. (Stud and Eyelet Set) 

Adhesive Cardholder are clear envelope style cardholders, with adhesive backing. They are available in several sizes and easy to apply to many surfaces. The use of these cardholders increases inventory accuracy by facilitating easy bar code scanning in many types of automated systems.

Standard Security Ties are removable by cutting and provide product protection and security in storage and transport. 
 

A variety of Hole Patterns are available for many ORBIS containers, allowing for increased ventilation and drainage. 

  Heavy Duty Dollies (Pictured: metal dolly) are available in many sizes to move containers quickly, easily and safely throughout your facility. Rotationally-molded plastic dollies are available for the 40 x 48 Stack-N-Nest Container System and the 40 x 48 ElPak Container System.
