Product Overview

The ORBIS 40 x 48 StakCap Top Cap allows double stacking of stackable and rackable pallet loads. It is designed to secure 40" x 48" pallet loads for easier and more efficient material handling while enhancing the safety and maneuverability of double-stacked pallets. Plastic reusable top caps secure container loads to maintain uniform weight distribution and stability when in storage or transit. When the new 40" x 48" StakCap is combined with the ORBIS 40" x 48" StackR or Heavy-Duty Structo-Cell (HDSC) Pallets, economic and efficient unit loads are created. With the StakCap, pallet loads can be securely double-stacked for greater cube utilization and increased floor space in plants and trailers. Its low-profile design allows for a high nesting ratio, creating more floor space on plant, storage, and trailer floors. The 40" x 48" StakCap is a single-sheet thermoformed (HMWPE) top cap. The geometry of the StakCap allows the top cap to be used with ORBIS 24" x 20" and 24"x 16" totes. The StakCap can be fully recycled at the end of its service life.
