He has deep expertise in product development, supply chain, and category management, coupled with a strong track record of leading strategic change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most recently, Neff served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at PoolCorp, a Fortune 500 distributor of swimming pool and outdoor living products with more than&nbsp;$5 billion&nbsp;in annual revenue.&nbsp;Prior to that, he spent more than 18 years at Brunswick Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility, where he led global operations, product strategy and innovation and served as President of the Boston Whaler Group, a leading Brunswick brand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neff holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering, a master\u2019s degree in engineering, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Menasha Corporation today announced that Kristopher R.
