La tapa superior MP3 se puede combinar con cargas de contenedores de 45 x 48 para proteger el producto contra el polvo y los contaminantes durante el almacenamiento y el embarque. También actúa como cubiertapara los contenedores ORBIS a granel (que se venden por separado). Aporta flexibilidad al sistema permitiendo embarques mixtos de cargas de contenedores y contenedores a granel. Con compatibilidad líder en la industria entre las tarimas anidables, los contenedores a granel y los racks*, esta tapa superior reduce los costos de flete para suministradores en todas las cadenas de suministro automotriz e industrial. Con cargas de producto mixtas, los suministradores podrán aprovechar cada espacio en las cargas externas y reducir el número de cargas parciales que salen de su planta. Con un peso de apenas 16.6 lbs, la tapa superior MP3 es 100% reciclable al final de su vida útil. Vinyl Labels
Vinyl Labels are flexible plastic labels with adhesive backing that affix securely to your pallet. These long lasting labels are for use on all ORBIS thermoformed (HMWPE) pallets. Availability, requirement, and location for the vinyl labels can vary for each pallet. *Special vinyl labels are now available for some structural foam pallets. Please contact ORBIS for details.
Seat Belt Assemblies
Seat Belt Assemblies attach to the pallet and top cap to effectively secure pallet loads. ORBIS' innovative seat belts accommodate high stack loads and will not twist, tangle or jam. Retractors are typically located in the pallet legs and the buckles are installed on the top caps.
ID Plates
Identification Plates are rigid plastic plates with adhesive backing that affix securely to your pallet. These plates are designed for durability and a long service life. Availability, requirement, and location of the identification plates can vary for each pallet.
Top Cap Hot Stamp
Hot Stamp identification is available for a wide variety of ORBIS top caps The original artwork must be supplied to ORBIS at the time of the order. Size, feasibility and available location of the hot stamp will vary for each top cap. Minimum shipment is required.
