April 14, 2024 – Oconomowoc, Wis. – ORBIS’ Oconomowoc headquarters has been recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, for the twelfth consecutive year.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel recognized more than 160 exceptional organizations in Southeast Wisconsin, based entirely on employee survey feedback. The survey, administered by Energage, assesses the organizational health based on a company’s values, meaningful work, innovation and leadership. Energage has nearly 20 years of data from thirty million employee surveys. In southeastern Wisconsin, Energage surveyed employees at 226 companies and ranked 164 companies in the award program this year.
ORBIS placed 17th on the list of 68 companies in the midsize business category. In addition, ORBIS received a Special Award, “Social Responsibility.” This recognizes that employees feel that the company is committed to its people and the community.
