Lite Foam Dunnage
Lite Foam™ protects lightweight parts during transit, assembly and storage. Composed of extruded polypropylene, Lite Foam’s uniform strength eliminates the ribbing effect seen in other lightweight dunnage materials. This material is also completely recyclable at the end of its useful life, building on ORBIS’ commitment to supply chain sustainability.

Crosslink Polyethylene XLPE Foam
Solid, resilient, non-abrasive foam with excellent shock/vibration protection. Ideal for parts with Class A surfaces and other abrasion sensitive parts. Excellent durability, high tear resistance and tensile strength.

Polyethylene Foam (2#, 4# and 6#)
2# and 4#: Intransitive, resilient foam with excellent shock/vibration protection. Ideal for cushion packaging, interior dunnage, foam pads, blocking & bracing. High tear resistance and tensile strength.
#6: Solid, resilient, abrasive foam with good shock/vibration protection for heavy parts. Cushion packaging, interior dunnage, foam pads for heavy parts, blocking and bracing. High tear resistance and tensile strength.
Flexible crosslink foam that keeps applications clean with lint-free composition. Dual-sided brushed polyester laminate with proprietary adhesive keeps Class A parts highly protected.

Lightweight, low-abrasive foam with good shock/vibration protection and medium tear resistance and tensile strength.
Polyurea Coating can be applied to foams for added part protection. It offers a flexible, extremely tough, monolithic membrane for protection against moisture, chemicals and acid. High temperature stability. Virtually shave-proof, so it is excellent for sharp points that are sensitive to shavings from the dunnage.
