Description

The 45″ x 48″ x 52″ OpteBulk sleeve pack system is a sustainable alternative to paper gaylords for storage and distribution of raw material, assemblies and finished goods while offering transportation, packaging, and warehouse cost savings as a reusable collapsible container. OpteBulk sleeves are fabricated from Tri-Clone, ORBIS’ tri-laminated material, featuring a structured core construction with bi-directional strength with custom features designed to meet a variety of applications. Both multi-piece and one-piece sleeve styles are available, as are custom heights and designs. ORBIS offers custom printing and placard labels, available for easy identification. Additional options include access door with Velcro latching.

  • Lightweight container can be assembled & collapsed with single operator
  • Effective collapsibility. Up to 230% more containers per trailer than rigid plastic knockdown containers
  • The clamshell design kits all components together for efficient storage
  • Sleeves are fabricated from Tri-Clone, a tri-laminated PP extrusion with bi-directional strength
  • Accommodates 28 pallet positions per trailer vs. traditional 30 pallet positions
